Research Interests
I am a postdoc in Ben Raphael’s group at Computer Science Department, Princeton University. I am a Damon Runyon Quantitative Biology Fellow. I work on develop mathematical models and computational algorithms for bulk RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics data, including modeling layered spatial patterns, copy number aberrations, structural variants. Prior to postdoc, I received my Ph.D. from Computational Biology Department, Carnegie Mellon University, under the supervision of Dr. Carl Kingsford.
